How long does delivery take? 

  • We strive to have your order delivered within 2-5 business days after order confirmation.
  • During promotions, sales, product launches, such as Black Friday, please allow for an additional couple days for delivery.

How can I track my order? 

  • We use Fastway Couriers as our delivery partner. Upon receipt of a tracking number, you will be able to track via www.fastway.co.za

Do you deliver to P.O. Box's? 

  • Fastway Couriers delivers door to door. Therefore, we will need a daytime physical address. Please ensure you provide us with a work or home address.

It's been more than five days and I still haven't received my order. 

  • Please email our customer service team at sales@constancebeauty.com and we'll sort this out asap. 

I've received an incorrect item. How do I exchange? 

  • Oops! It's seems like we're human after all. Email us within five business days of receipt and we'll swiftly correct this mistake.

What is you refund policy?

We do everything in our capabilities to deliver your order. Should you request a refund, one will be issued for the goods purchases minus taxes and shipping fee.
